Eagle River IV [  + Photo 1   + Photo 2  ]

This 42,000 SF, multi-tenant office building located in the Eagle River Business Center was completed in 2007. The two-story structure has a shared multi-story lobby on the ground level. The exterior material consists of brick, stone and stucco with an aluminum palette storefront window system. This project made erstad ARCHITECTS the proud recipient of one of the Idaho Business Review’s 2008 Top Project awards in the Office/Retail category.
