The 8th Street Market Place project encompasses 2 buildings (Northrup and Mercantile) constructed in the early 1900’s, covering over 138,500 s.f. in the South 8th Street Historic District of Boise. erstad ARCHITECTS was involved in improvements including common space finish upgrades, signage, ADA access ramps, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, new railing profiles, as well as painting, flooring, lighting and storefront upgrades.
