The Tullamore community, on 235 acres, offers traditional neighborhoods, seven distinct residential styles, a 410,000 s.f. retail center, 118,000 s.f. professional office campus, independent and assisted living facility, and city parks in a master planned development. erstad ARCHITECTS provided conceptual image studies and building layouts for the retail portion as well as plan studies and elevation layouts of the multi-family housing and row houses.
