Williston Community is a 60 acre development, designed by erstad ARCHITECTS to be a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood with easy access to amenities.

The project is organized around two new major boulevards that intersect at a landscaped roundabout. It features a street-oriented commercial town center with a pedestrian mall and traditional streetscape. It also includes areas of low and medium density housing, restaurants, and an 80-room hotel. A greenbelt park frames three sides of the development to provide residents with more opportunities to enjoy their community.
