erstad ARCHITECTS was involved with Bown Crossing from the conceptual master plan, through complete design and construction of the four-block, 51,000SF Marketplace. The Marketplace serves as the heart of this mixed-use community in southeast Boise. Bown Crossing celebrates a diverse mix of uses including residential, commercial, professional, and numerous eateries and bars. The combination of mixed uses and services, along with the vibrancy of the buildings, makes Bown Crossing a place where people want to be.
