Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria, located in Salt Lake City in the Sugarhouse district, is the third restaurant erstad ARCHITECTS has done for the Flatbread chain. The main focus of the “community oven” concept is the brick pizza oven which is visible from the seating area. Glass garage doors along the street provide abundant natural lighting and open for alfresco dining, weather permitting. Beautiful light fixtures, finishes, and furniture create an industrial theme that Flatbread has created throughout all of their locations. Located in an old warehouse that also houses various shops and restaurants, the Pizzeria’s design is responsible to the heritage of the warehouses’ rustic atmosphere and character of the area. Patrons feel at home while eating their favorite pizza!
