IN A MAJOR STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR BOISE’S HOMELESS, NEW PATH COMMUNITY HOUSING OPENS

New Path

erstad ARCHITECTS were the architects and designers of New Path Community Housing, a multifamily residence on Fairview Avenue in Boise that is the first of its kind in the area. New Path officially opened on Thursday December 6, 2018, and is welcoming (now formerly!) homeless people, based on need, into its 40 apartment units. New residents have already been moving in, and as eA found on one of its recent site visits, residents are exceedingly appreciative and excited to have a home to call their own.

Idaho Statesman published an article and clip of the grand opening: Boise ‘has a chance … to solve the homelessness issue,’ and sees apartment complex as a major step

Congratulations, residents! We hope you each have a wonderful, safe, and warm holiday season in your new home.
