about Chad

Chad earned his BS in Engineering and spent a few years as an acoustician before pursuing a Master's in Architecture at the University of Oregon. After 14 years in Aspen designing custom homes, lodges, and an art museum, he joined erstad in 2016. Chad now leads our mixed-use multifamily division, designing prominent housing developments in the valley, including Adare, New Path, and The Boardwalk. He has helped create over 500 apartments for local families, across all categories from Market to LIHTC & PSH.
