about Chad

After getting his BS in Engineering, Chad spent a few years as an acoustician before attending the University of Oregon for a Masters in Architecture.  After 14 years in Aspen designing custom homes, lodges, and an art museum, he joined erstad in 2016.  He now leads our mixed-use multifamily division, having designed some of the most prominent housing developments in the valley, including Adare, New Path, and The Boardwalk.  He has helped to create over 500 apartments for local families, across all categories from Market to LIHTC & PSH.
