Celebrating Caitlin’s Promotion to Project Manager
We are excited to share some great news—Caitlin has been promoted to Project Manager! This promotion is a reflection of her hard work, leadership, and dedication to our team. She truly lives our motto, “different is good,” and brings that mindset to every project she works on.
Caitlin’s Journey at erstad
Since joining erstad seven years ago, Caitlin has played a key role in many projects, including multiple D.L. Evans Bank locations, True West Beef, The Boardwalk Apartments, Zoo Boise, and several school projects. More recently, she has taken on leadership roles in projects like Interfaith Sanctuary and continues to be a key part of our work with Idaho Shakespeare Festival. Her ability to juggle multiple projects and collaborate with complex teams made this promotion a natural next step.

More Than a Project Manager
Caitlin is not just a leader in the office—she is also deeply involved in the architecture community. She organizes our volunteer efforts, is always the first to volunteer to help with design submissions and is continuously willing to support the team in any way possible. Outside of erstad, she is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Idaho Women in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (IWAEC), even serving on the AIA board and helping with community events. Her passion for design and advocacy represents what it means to be a leader both within erstad and beyond.
