UNDER CONSTRUCTION – The Boardwalk Apartments will be a mixed-use apartment community on the Boise River Greenbelt, at 41st Street. The design draws inspiration from the natural effects of the flow of the Boise River. The curved and terraced facades step away from the greenbelt mimicking the striations that the river carves into its banks. The project will contain 234 apartments, complete with underground parking, rooftop jacuzzis, and a pickleball court. Ground floor retail and restaurant spaces open onto an expansive public-use boardwalk. The 96 apartments in the south wing are already occupied, and the rest will be ready in early 2024!
