Boise, ID – April 8, 2022 – Andy Erstad, founding parter at erstad, is excited to welcome three new partners to the firm: Katrina Kulm, AIA, Adrienne Lane-Martin, NCIDQ, and Sherri Potter. These strategic appointments highlight erstad’s commitment to continued growth and excellence as a multi-service architecture and interior design firm. The company also introduces a new logo to better reflect its evolving identity.
Katrina Kulm, AIA – Architect
Katrina Kulm has been an integral part of erstad since 2014, contributing to numerous key community projects. Her notable works include the new Idaho Youth Ranch campus in Caldwell, several Idaho schools such as Elevate Academy and Riverstone International School, and The Salvation Army in Boise. Kulm is a licensed architect and an active member of the community, serving as a 2021-2023 member of Leadership Boise, participating on the Construction Task Force for Boise’s Ronald McDonald House, and being a member of the Arid Club.
Adrienne Lane-Martin, NCIDQ – Interior Design Director
Since joining erstad in 2012, Adrienne Lane-Martin has significantly expanded the Interior Design Department, now comprising five full-time designers. Her impressive portfolio includes projects for The Salvation Army, the Idaho Food Bank in Boise, Angstman Johnson (now Johnson May) legal offices, and multiple projects at Bishop Kelly High School. Lane-Martin actively contributes to the community, serving on the Education Committee for the Idaho Women’s Charitable Foundation and on the board of A New Beginning Adoption Agency. She is an NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer.
Sherri Potter – Finance Director
Sherri Potter, erstad’s first Finance Director, joined the firm three years ago, bringing with her extensive experience in finance and business management from notable corporations like Jacksons Food Stores and Renova Energy. Her leadership extends beyond erstad, as she actively participates in the Idaho Women’s Charitable Foundation, serves as Treasurer of Boise Acupuncture Cooperative, and holds the position of President of the Boise Ranch Women’s Association.
