Once an original Flatbread location, the owners wanted an updated look for their new Gastro Pub concept, hoping to erase the previous branding of a pizzeria. Keeping the functions in the same locations, a face-lift was really what this space needed. Colorful textures throughout create a modern yet homey feel. New lighting, a revamped seating layout, and remodeled kitchen give this restaurant/bar a brand-new vibe in downtown Meridian.
