The Idaho Foodbank successfully expanded its operational capacity by renovating a 101,250 SF commercial warehouse in Boise and adding a 1,600 sf entry structure. Overcoming challenges such as working through the removal of load-bearing walls and navigating the constraints imposed by the COVID pandemic, the project included a new two-story office “”block”” that enhanced the Idaho Foodbank’s ability to serve the state. Despite budget considerations and a tight schedule, the team implemented innovative solutions, resulting in a quality corporate facility designed for future growth and evolving program needs.
